There was a technical disruption in contactless payment between June 1 and June 5. The disruption began on Monday, June 1 at 00:00 and lasted until Friday, June 5 at 13:30.

Contactless payment is now working normally.

During the disruption, the system did not recognize the 90-minute free-of-charge change time, and the customer was charged a new fare for each journey.

We see the incorrect charges directly in our system. We will automatically refund the excess charges to customers. It may take a few days for the money to be returned to the bank account. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the disruption.
