You can purchase student 30 day season ticket with the OSL App. Register or log into the app with your Waltti online shop credentials. Then update your customer profile to student with the help of My Studyinfo service.
With the route guide in the OSL App, you will easily find routes and your way to the correct bus stop and see when the bus will arrive in real time. You can also see real time bus traffic updates in the app. Additionally, we have brought multiple payment methods to the OSL App. We continue to develop the app.
Install the OSL App
You can find the app from Google Play and App Store with the name OSL. The publisher is Waltti Solutions Oy since we utilize the Waltti ticket and payment system.
You can load the student ticket to OSL card from Waltti online store or from Oulu10 service point. When purchasing from Oulu10, you must present an official ID and a certificate of student status to receive the discount.

If you are student in an upper secondary level of educational institution (upper secondary school or institution of vocational education) and Kela has granted you school transport subsidy, you can load a season ticket to your OSL card in Waltti online store or in Oulu10 service point. Students may purchase 30 days season ticket with the youth discount. The price varies depending on the number or zones:
- 34,30 € zones Lähi (You can travel only in the minibuses called Lähibussi.
- 42,00 € zones Lähi-A
- 66,30 € zones Lähi-B
- 71,50 € zones Lähi-C
- 75,00 € zones Lähi-D
Oulu Regional Transport (OSL) will change to a zoneless fixed price system on 17.12.2024. This will have impact on student ticket prices.
