According to a press release published by the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency on June 16 at 2:30 p.m., the Hailuoto Bridge will be opened on Monday, June 29 at approximately 11:45 a.m.
What will remain the same
The departure times of both lines from the starting stops in Oulu and Hailuoto will remain the same.
What will change
Once the bridge is in use, the bypass timetables of the stops along the route will change. Starting from June 25, you can see the updated timetables of the stops along the route in the route planner, reittiopas.osl.fi, and in the OSL app. Stop-specific timetables are estimates. Please arrive at the stop on time.
Because the bridge shortens travel time, buses will arrive in both Hailuoto and Oulu about 15–20 minutes earlier than before.
