Kela will update its system on Tuesday, 11.8, in the morning. Due to the update, there may be disruptions in loading Kela school transport subsidy tickets both in the Waltti online store and at ticket sales (Oulu10).
If you notice disruptions,
• load the ticket later on Tuesday or the following day, when the system is available again, or
• purchase the ticket with your own money. Kela may reimburse the student for self-paid tickets if the student has purchased a monthly ticket or single tickets for at least 10 days.
