All Oulu10 customer service points will be closed on Friday, September 25, due to a staff training day. At OSL’s partner R-kiosks, you can:
- load a season ticket and value on your OSL card (not including Kela-supported school travel tickets)
- buy a 1-day ticket (valid immediately)
- buy a single ticket (valid immediately)
- pay for your bus ticket purchase using an employee benefit (see more information on payment methods on the R-kioski website)
R-kiosks selling OSL bus tickets:
- Oulu city center: Hallituskatu 31, Isokatu 27, Isokatu 61, and Ratakatu 11
- Tuira: Merikoskenkatu 6
- Haukipudas: Revontie 1
- OYS Outpatient Clinic, Kiviharjuntie 9

The sale of bus tickets at Oulu10’s Yli-Ii service point ends on September 30. If you need help with things related to taking the bus in the future, like figuring out timetables and routes or using the OSL app, you can get personal assistance through the Yli-Ii library by phone or free video call from other Oulu10 customer service points.
