At the beginning of 2026, the value-added tax on passenger transport tickets will decrease from 14 percent to 13.5 percent. The VAT change will not affect bus ticket prices.
Ticket sales at the Kaakkuri R-kiosk will end when the kiosk closes permanently on January 18.
Three new payment methods have been added to the online store (waltti.fi): Epassi, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Starting January 1, the OSL card setup fee at the Oulu10 point will be exactly three euros (previously €3.80). As before, the OSL card can be ordered from the online store free of charge.
