From Monday to Thursday, December 29–31, on Friday, January 2, and Monday, January 5, our customer service phone line is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The phone is answered by Oulu10 staff handling our ticket sales.
Ticket sales at Oulu10 service points on the above days are open only at the Torikatu and Haukipudas service points from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
R-kiosks load OSL cards and sell single and daily tickets according to their opening hours. The Kaakkuri R-kiosk sells OSL tickets until its operations end on January 18, 2026.
