Starting from December 15, our customer service phone line will be handled by Oulu10, which handles our ticket sales. The staff at Oulu10 have extensive experience in customer service and guidance related to OSL services. Oulu10 serves in Finnish and English.
Our customer service telephone number will remain the same. Calls will be answered Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
In the future, at the beginning of the call, you can choose the topic of your call from three different options: 1) Timetables and routes, 2) Tickets and payment, and 3) Other matters. After choosing the topic, your call will be directed to a customer service representative.
By selecting the topic, we can, in addition to the number of customer calls, gather information on which subjects customers want to discuss with customer service. Choosing a topic helps us improve our customer communication and service.
OSL’s own customer service focuses on customer feedback sent in writing. If necessary, we request additional information regarding issues raised in written feedback from our bus line companies and from our partners responsible for ticket sales. For this reason, responding to feedback may take some time. We promise to respond to customer feedback within 30 days.
By transferring telephone-based customer service to Oulu10, we aim to speed up the handling of customer feedback sent in writing.
